The room was clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed, such as ironing facilities, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with lots of choices to satisfy any taste. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we enjoyed having access to the sun terrace and garden area.

Even though the breakfast options were limited, I really enjoyed the cocoa with hot water. The hotel lobby had maps and teas available, helpful for my self-guided tours around the city. The receptionists, especially Vanessa, were kind and were really good too assist me with my luggage and arranging transportation. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Nass Pinar Del Lago.
